STOP CALLING! HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HE WANTS FROM ME

This guy left me two messages regarding a loan I applied for online??? They were trying to debit my account but it was declined. They said they were pursuing a class action law suit or I could "pay" and settle out of court. This guy could barely speak English and claimed to be an attorney. It sounded like a customer service three ring circus in the background. If you get a call from this number odds are it is a SCAM!! Tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine.

I have gotten several calls from this # and there is never anyone there. I tried calling back and it is a Google Voice mailbox. If this is a Google service, it is not very good if you cannot be heard by the party you are calling.

I answered they hung up

Said wanted to talk with Michell said no one by that name here. Told doucebag puting the number on FTC Complaint and have already 10 times so stand by !

No one on line when answered calls often

I received a call this morning by the same man a the previous complainers. This is a scam I never heard of these people and he called and woke me up. Next time he will get an ear full

Been calling every day and twice a day and leaves no message, try to call back, busy signal

Received a similar call. Same phone number. Saying my card with state union has been cancelled because of use by a third party. Asked me to press 1, which I didn't.

i don't know this number may be is telemarketing i don't want this tipe of calls, just i busy for.

When I saw Legal Mediation on my caller ID, I didn't answer. There was a computerized voice indicating that they have a message for, my namm.. I was to call between 8-8, and that it was urgent. I have no idea what its regarding, so I think I'll keep letting these callers go to voice mail. If the calls continue, I will file a complaint with the BBB, and the Federal Trade Commission. Just for future reference, I will save the messages, and the caller ID screen. Interesting, that organizations like this never put anything in writing. They only call, because they can try and intimidate you, but a letter from them would leave a paper trail that clearly shows that they're breaking the law.
